Good camera under $300 AUD

So, I am not a big fan of photography, therefore I don't know much about cameras. Could someone please suggest good price / performance camera for under $300 AUD?

My suggestion would just be to go on Amazon or an online camera store and just get the best thing you can afford.

Harvey norman have a deal on atm for the 1100D think its around 300- 350,

 

good entry level dslr and you can upgrade the lens if you like.

EOS M. Dont know if its under 300$ in your country but its good. Basically a 700D without a mirror.
