Not that I have ever seen.  Slider goes to 100%.   

 

Try play with Contrast too.  Other modes, like Night affect it as well.

 

Temperature can be a tweak too.

 

All depends on the monitor.

I can kinda think of ways if you attack it with a soldering iron, but through software purely no, the max brightness is the max brightness.

You cannot overclock LEDs.

No, that doesn't even make sense. Brightness isn't determined by a clock speed. Overclock doesn't just mean "make number measure thing go higher, make more good."

Well you could bump up the Gamma & RBG values in the monitor settings, & also in Windows.

Essentially youd have to find some way of overvolting the backlight so instead of the 12 or somemthing volts it usually runs at you can feed it 15 or 17v but obviously there will be a point where it just dies and if it gets too hot youll need some cooling aswell. Theres problably some cable that supplies power to the backlight so youll wanna solder to that and hook it up to a power supply to run higher volts, not sure if itll be one of those tiny ass ribbon cables or itll be a proper cable that wont be a massive pain to solder. End result will look like a redneck engineering solution

 

Refresh rate on the other hand usually youll have some headroom, as simple as making a custom resolution with your monitors resolution and the highest refresh rate that the monitor can run at without just not working/blank screen or having odd colour issues and risk free as you arent playing with any voltages
