Advice on setting up a backup Solution For a small team

Hey so i need some advice on how to go about things the best way

Everything is remote , and we need about 6 (may vary )PC's  to backup to a server

so some will be strait from the pc's and other will be from a NAS drive Locally with that persons computer

How is the best way to get the data on the NAS Drives to the 'Master Backup server' and to do it automatically so everything on that NAS will back up to it without manually moving anything

I drew and attached  quick and dirty diagram to try and help explain it , we are pretty sure it will be a Cloud based Master backup through AWS or something similar .

any help or recommendations appreciated , any questions just ask

Thanks

What os do these pcs run?

What type of backups? Full disk or just file backups?

What os is the server running?

I'd probalby use something like veeam here. Have it backup all the systems to the main server(or a local nas). THen you can setup sync jobs as needed.

For your questions

Its a mix of Windows and Mac

it will be just file backups

And i'm not sure on the OS of the server

I will also look into Veeam

Hi Sorry for late reply,

So still sort of implementing this system in at the moment.

but i believe it would be each pc backs up to there own NAS server. Which will then every so often would back up to a master.

Not 100% on the master backup though .

hope that helps
