Does anyone have recommendations for a power supply for people like me on a tight budget

Give us your system specs please.  We can't recommend a PSU without knowing how much wattage you might require.
And what is your budget?
We need more information 🙂

Country?

Budget?

Specs of your build?

I highly reccomend used as youll get much cheaper units, basically means you can buy a <5yo quality 850w gold unit like the rmx for a mere 40-60$, or you can buy a cheaper lower end unit for 10-20$ instead (12v rail has to be within 100w of psu rating otherwise its a trash psu)

The smart really is NOT acceptable. It literally fails ocp protections with ease.

The gx2 has a similar issue where it simply fails after triggering it

The apevia idk
