RTX 2060 Super - Gigabyte 3X WindForce vs MSI Ventus OC?

Hello,

I'm going to buy a used graphics card, I'm debating between the following two options:

 

RTX 2060 Super Gigabyte Gaming OC -

Which one is better?
It seems that the MSI graphics card is in worse shape than the Gigabyte one, am I right?

Country?

Prices of both gpus?

Usecase for gpu?

 

Id get the gigabyte since its a triple fan if its between these two cards

 

though id prefer a used 5700(xt) or 6600(xt) instead as those outperform a 1080 and are still around 120-160$

I have the option to get a used RX 5700 XT for the same price. Will it be better than RTX 2060 Super?
