parts of the screen flicker

Hi guys.

3 days ago I was watching a movie on my HP Elitedesk 800 G5 with i5 9500 (integ.graphics) when out of nowhere parts on the display started to flicker like a letter Z in a split of a second.

Not whole picture on monitor just parts of the shown picture.

Now, all the parts are purchased used (monitor, brand name PC Elitedesk,adapter).

Today I turned on PC and let it run youtube 1080p video, to try improvise the fault but no luck.

So now I am wondering what could cause such an issue?The adapter looks brand new from HP, I believe power above 100 W.

Next time I will record the vid, so I can show you.

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.
