Ya sure, I like them. We have one in our living room. It's quite nice.

i hardly watch stuff on a tv but my uncles has the newer samsung ones and the gesture controls are handy if the controller isn't nearby, but if it was for my personal use i rather get one because of the better panel tech and just plug a chromecast or a HTPC to it

I actually don't have one, but like the idea. My next tv will prob be a smart tv for the living room. I like the minimalist idea behind them, though down the line I imagine I'll go for an actualy PC attatched to it.
