Dywue Technology stole LMG video for advertisement (Ragnok 2 Mouse, ShortCircuit, David)

Dywue Technology edited the Short Circuit Video ijnhBVk1CiA "Gun Mouse. - Ragnok Gun Mouse" to remove all negative comments and just keep praise and uses it now as 7MGQzbAb-Uc on their channel @RagnokTech

 

In my opinion this is a douche bag move and not acceptable. I hope this comes to attention of LMG so they can copyright claim it and give them a strike.

 

Dywue Technology did the same with my own review and I already requested a removal.

 

Any opinions? Am I overreacting? I am just super tired of getting videos stolen without any attempts of contact.

Maybe I’m missing something but I’m on the Ragnok YT channel and it looks to me like they are all legit videos.

The video in question is linked and if that is the correct channel, then they definitely are using footage from the shortcircuit video. I don't see it being fair use.

I agree, their (Dywue Technology) material uses neutral reviews, cuts them to tint them solely positive and uses them commercially without approval nor consent of the original creators.

The confusion is that I just refer to IDs (to be copy pasted) and not hyperlink the destinations, to avoid spam automation routines kicking in. I am sorry for the caused misunderstanding.

Funny enough on Bilibili they did not succeed to copy my own video, as Bilibili's automatic counter-measures are more effective than YouTube's ^^

This could become a problem and it's good LMG knows about it now. If you type in "Short Circuit Ragnok Gun Mouse" into the search, their edited video is the second highest result. Some folks might click on it, rather than the 16 minute Short Circuit video, because it's only 3:26 in length.

 

Additionally, they call it a "Review" which, from my understanding, is a mischaracterization by LTT's standards. Short Circuit contains "unboxings" and "product showcases" but not "reviews."

 

NOTE: I use some Firefox extensions to replace clickbait thumbnails with a frame from the video and make all video titles lowercase, which is why my YouTube looks like that.
