Bottlenecking issues and low fps

Hello, recently i was playing COD and I was getting about 60-90 fps on warzone. I have 2k monitor and wondering why the low fps. I do have a decent rig but I'm guessing its due to bottlenecking. I used an online bottlenecking calculator and it gave me a 13% score. I have listed the parts of my pc below, if anyone could give me some suggestions and which CPU to upgrade too as the calculator said its cause of the CPU. Thank you.

-Is the game installed on your HDD or the SSD?

-Are you thermal throttling on the 11700kf?

11700kf is still a decent CPU in 2023, should be capable of more than 100 fps in COD, although I haven't done anywhere close to extensive testing in that game for various CPU/GPU combinations.

The answer to your CPU question would be the 7800x3D, which is about a $700 minimum to upgrade to.

The thermals seemed to be fine. The thing is I used to get decent 120-140 fps when the game first came out and but suddenly after the recent update the fps issues started happening, tried everything low but it still persists. I changed certain settings in the game according to some Youtube videos but no luck.
