If your GPU is indeed 3060ti, then short answer is no. Your HDMI connection supports 4k 120Hz but modern games wouldn't be able to reach that framerate. I would at best get 1440p monitor.

Theoretically, yes, depending on the games you play and heavy use of DLSS/FSR. You don't have to be able to reach your displays refresh rate to enjoy the display and resolution. 

 

BTW you seem to post monitors a lot, you don't have to post the whole listing name btw. For that monitor, 32GQ950-B would have been fine.

Really all those are is specs of what the monitor itself is capable of. This will all depend on your GPU. 4k at 120hz is just saying you can run 4k whatever at 120 frames per second comfortably. But still, what GPU?

Personally, 4k is a bit gimmicky to me. 1440p is where it's at. I play a lot of FPS games so I prefer better screen refresh rate than resolution.

 

Get a 1440p monitor with at least 144hz refresh rate.

You're saying EVGA sites says the 3060Ti can do 4k/120?!

3060Ti is not on this chart as it isn't deemed playable card at 4K. Again though, we know from it being tested many times in the last 3 years that lightweight games, possibly with some DLSS/FSR and lowered settings, its absolutely fine if your expectations are set correctly.

 

DLSS in Performance or Ultra Performance mode, while it may look like crap, will certainly give you a playable experience in many titles.

The game looks to support DLSS 2 and how it looks will be up to you to determine. You have to find your balance of performance and visual artifacting. Once you drop below DLSS Balanced into Performance and Ultra Performance, historically things can get dicey.. but if you want the monitor and only have a 3060Ti, that's a tradeoff you'll have to make.
