Hello... I have a slightly different approach than @SorryBella... I did go the AM5 Route but I went with the 7800X3D, arguably the best Gaming CPU right now. I have paired it with the Radeon RX 6950XT to fit the budget. Our build are mostly the same but I did include the best budget Case of the year so far, the Montech Air 903 MAX. You didn't have any RGB in your first list but if you don't like it you can always turn it off. The Case comes with 3 140mm ARGB Fans in the Front of the Case that also has a Full Mesh Front Panel and it has 1 Non-RGB 140mm Fan in the Rear.

The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.

I just abandon the 1080p part and go for all ball 1440p. Especially in titles with really shit low poly player model like Warzone, the difference in sharpness especially in long distances, helps a fuck ton. But yeah on Monster Hunter and Doom Eternal the extra cache would help, but these titles aren't exactly that cache sensitive to begin with.

For 1440p and above GPU horsepower is what you need. Some games take advantage of the additional L3 cache of the 7800X3D, but very few so far.

I'd take 7700+7900XTX over 7800X3D+6950XT in a heart beat, every single time. For that price Nvidia simply isn't an option, unless you can somehow magically include a 4090 in it. Everything uinder the 4090 is worse than the 7900XTX, so no point of even looking at it. And if you are wondering why no cooler for the CPU - unlike Intel, AMD actually have good stock coolers, which are more than capable of handling the CPU.
