Need help/advice with custom cables in my new build

Budget (including currency): $100 for cables

Country: USA

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Hey everyone,

I just built a new PC in the Xtia Xproto ATX case, and my cables are a mess. I basically just had to smash all the cables into the area in front of the power supply. I'd like to water cool both the CPU and GPU next year, so cleaning up and maximizing the space is a big priority, although not an immediate one.

At first I thought I could just go online, design some cool looking cables, get a custom length and call it a day. But I was terribly wrong.

I can only find custom cable length in VERY specific scenarios, mostly going by the case. I've got a Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 850W PSU and the Xproto ATX case. There's also a 24 pin to 28 pin cable, but I'm not seeing any info on that on custom cable websites. From what I can find, the extra cables are used for voltage monitoring, but I wouldn't want to order cables from a website and get something that doesn't match. Is it possible to get custom cables and a custom length for them, while also getting this 24 to 28 pin cable?

Any help is appreciated. I'm in way over my head.
