Not much to say, you’re on the bleeding edge of the consumer tech and you have the cash to back it up. Don’t see anything wrong with the list. If you decided that the AMD GPU works for you, that’s pretty much it!

Enjoy it!

Same showcase PC with white color aesthetic, better GPU performance. If this is 1440p144 or 4K120, this PC rules.

Budget (USD): 3000

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Games

Other details : I prefer to use intel for the cpu unless there is a specific reason to switch. This is the second version. I would like to install antivirus or HIDS/HIPS. Eventually I would like to built my network around this station with something such as firewall, NAS, and maybe a DMZ.

This is the built so far.

PS: I would ideally like the build to be all white.

Trident Z5 RGB and the AK620 are a sub-optimal pairing. The cooler overhangs the memory area so it will obscure the lighting. There may also be fitment issues. G.Skill lists the memory modules as 44mm tall. Deepcool lists memory clearance under the AK620 outer fan as 43 mm.

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/YcZ9TW/gskill-ripjaws-s5-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr5-6400-cl32-memory-f5-6400j3239g16gx2-rs5k is a low profile memory kit with similar timings.

If the RGB memory is desired, the cooler could be changed to the AK500, https://pcpartpicker.com/product/YcZ9TW/gskill-ripjaws-s5-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr5-6400-cl32-memory-f5-6400j3239g16gx2-rs5k. Slightly lower performance that might have trouble if the CPU hits it's Max Turbo Power.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

I do know @GuiltySpark_ runs that pairing (the non-RGB version, but that should be the same dimensions), and they don't have any fitment issues. Fully agree about the RGB though, no real point unless you're going to switch to AIO.

I do (or did, swapped for Assassin IV) and it was fine, I believe the DIMM's are the same dimensions regardless of RGB. If you want, you can move the front fan to the back.

Same question. Security reasons? The current ongoing bug only affects integrated graphics version of AMD chips and are being patched one by one at BIOS level. Not like it'll matter, most branch prediction attacks are going to be enterprise level, not consumer.

Update:  First built version 3.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CBtzKX

For storage I would like to aim for a RAID, unsure which type yet. Suggestion welcomed.

The power supply can be changed but I ultimately decide to match the motherboard brand for compatibility. It also comes with a 10 year warranty, so I should be safe.

I am still concerned with things such as future upgrades, air flow, accessibility, and performance such as bottleneck and such.

Thoughts, comments, concerns.
