Image Compression Sofrware

Hey all, I need a good image compressor that can take 18-25MB files down to around 500KB-1MB. I am converting the JPG files from Adobe Lightroom for web use, and the 23MB per file doesn't exactly cut it  

Oh, and I want it to be free

Use the correct settings in Lightroom.

Use the correct file format for the data you are compressing.

google is your friend, I really don't know, I personally do it one at a time because I never have to compress multiple files.
