Audio cutting out whilst playing games / listening to anything

Hey, when im watching youtube, listening to spotify, playing games or legit ANYTHING my audio cuts in and out randomly and its really starting to annoy me. I have not had this problem before its only recently when i reset my pc. It is really bad when i am playing a game and hold down left click. Please help!

 

I am using a TC-HELICON GOXLR MINI if that helps!
