New MSI MEG X570 Unify with AMD 5800X3D Woes

I recently "upgraded" my motherboard from an Asus Tuf Gaming B550M wifi plus, because I had an extended 4 year warranty from Amazon I added a few dollars and purchased my new board. I wasn't much of a BIOS nerd and now need to be to really unlock the processors' potential. I have plenty of air cooling to handle the heat. Noctua fans all over, beginning with the CPU cooler NH-D15S with push pull config for quietness. AND 2 blowiematron noctua fans to pump cool air in and out of the case respectively. SO, I have plenty of air cooling capability! I am asking the longbeards, the wise ones, to assist me with the BIOS version/settings suitable for my current mission!

The X3D chips are not designed to be overclocked due to the 3D VCACHE.  No amount of cooling will compensate for the fact its sat on top of the CPU die so gets all that heat before it reaches the cooler.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7

Not much you can do besides setting a negative curve in Curve Optimizer in PBO settings.

You can go as low as (negative) 30 offset.

The lower, the less heat... At the cost of stability, so test if its stable or your games and applications may crash.

Make sure to enable DOCP for your DRAM.

If you're not using any sort of virtualization you can disable TSME (memory encryption) for some little extra performance.

Docp enabled from the start. I will begin with an offset of 15 and massage the setting from there. Also, I'll try disabling TSME since I'm not using any virtualization. Thank you for your insight into the X3D chips, I hadn't taken that into account!

I was hoping to get this over 3.3Ghz Seems a bit low regarding the spec sheet. I was hoping to see most of what it's spread said it could do, between 3.4-4.5 GHZ. But it is what it is I guess. Thank you for teaching me the location of the cache chips!

Where do you get only 3.3GHz?

Found the solution! Updated the BIOS and now it acts like normal. Tried a few settings you suggested too. Now it acts in the manner suggested by the spec sheet woo!

Don't forget the latest Chipset drivers from AMD too.
