Noise from psu

In video if you listen you can hear wierd noise coming from power supply.

it started a week or 2 ago.

Sometimes it just starts random, sometimes it starts when pc is under load like when playing games.

Sometimes it is quiet but sometimes it is really loud and unplesant.

I cleaned psu from dust but it didnt help.

Any ideas on what is this and how to stop it.

I just had this issue not too long ago. It was the bearing of the PSU fan that was starting to go bad. I had to replace my fan. It wasn't too bad... my Corsair PSU had a different wire configuration than standard fans, so I had to change the pins on an adapter to make it work.
