Does pump tube orientation matter?

First time installing cooler. When the PC is booted up the logo on the pump suggests that tubes should be to the right, but I currently do not have any thermal paste to reapply if I were to rotate it. Is this an okay position to keep it in?

Taking off an cooler for repositioning does not need a repaste-job.(only if u have a 300w cpu and every C matter)

The orientation should only matter if the block does a better job cooling on one side. With AMD most of the heat comes from the south side of the CPU. If it's cooling fine, leave it
