I would change that GTX 1630 if I were you, 980Tis and RX580s are cheaper than that on the used market, and if you are lucky enough 1070s can also be very cheap. I will sudgest going for them if you do not mind them being used.

You can remove the cooler because the Ryzen 5 comes with a Wraith Stealth included, which will be enough for a 5500.

From what I can see it all looks good, I would remove the cooler you have and use the stock that will save you ~$AU 15 and if you go with what Alex said then yeah you can get a little more performance out of the system as long as you don't mine it being used.

As long as the H25 comes with the fans. you may spend the new found cash from the CPU cooler on at least 1 more fan for the front of the case.

Spiderman Remastered is pretty demanding, it would be good if you go with the GPUs I recommend.

The 1070 benchmarked:

The 1630 benchmarked:

The 980Ti benchmarked:

The RX580 benchmarked (by the way, zWORMz is a very cool channel):

Keep in mind that these do use a lot more power compared to what you are going to buy, but I do think that they are still worth it.

The powersupply however, I never really recommend power supplies. Especially on a tight budget, as we have seen from LTT's latest video even EVGA can make bad PSUs. Mine is a Thermaltake Smart RGB, which does not fit into this budget. It did survive some "special occasions" though.

With the 980Ti and the other cards, you should consider having adequate airflow.

Those are both horrible gpus. On that kind of budget you really need to look at the used market to get anything half decent. What do RX 5700, RTX 2060 Super, GTX 1070, RX 580, etc go for on the used market there?
