Clear CMOS. Try replacing the CMOS battery.

First of all, is this a new computer that you're powering on for the first time? Or is it a computer you have had for a while that recently stopped displaying?

 

Second, what are the full system specs?

 

Third, what have you tried so far yourself to fix it?

We turned it off before going on a 1 week vacation
