Not that I know of. Math is pretty simple though.

That'd be a cool bit of software but sadly it doesn't exist as far as I know.

Look at how many PCIe slots your board has. That's your primary limit. Also look at its manual. If e.g. PCIe slots or NVMe slots block SATA ports. That's pretty much it. Otherwise you should be able to plug a card into any slot. What are you worried about exactly?

While said software might be kinda interesting, it also doesn't really matter. It's one of those things that is easy to calculate from reading the motherboard manual what lanes are going where, and if you're checking after the system is built in software it's too late to fix anything. This is one of those things that needs to be figured out before deciding on a motherboard, not after.
