Budget (including currency):  900€

Country: Cyprus (You can look from Skroutz.gr)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming pretty much everything, as well as some video recording and editing. 1080p display

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YY7mVw
€869,58 in total to get it here in Cyprus from skroutz.gr

This is what I've considered of buying as well as Endorfy Spartan 5 for CPU cooler.

I already have a case with some case fans and storage.

Anything I should upgrade or change so that i can get the best buck for my money? I can go a bit higher in budget but that's considering if it will give me a significant amount of boost for that money, otherwise I would like to stay around this price point.

Thanks in advance,
Kakos369

Thanks for the help but I have some questions.

The Ryzen 7 5800X is like 20 bucks more expensive than the 5700X, is it not worth it?

Is there a difference between my cooler and yours? Because I the AK400 is like 50 bucks for me at the time of writing this and the spartan is 26.

The 5700X runs a lot cooler than the 5800X. If you can get the Endorfy for cheaper then go for it.

Will I have an issue cooling the 5800X with Endorfy?

Check reviews of it, I haven't heard of this cooler before. Also please don't get the 5800x. It's literally the same as the 5700x. Unless the price difference is less than 10.

  • CPU
    r5 5600x
  • Motherboard
    Arous b550 pro ac v1
  • RAM
    Tcreate 32gb ddr4 3600 cl18
  • GPU
    1660 super
  • Storage
    SN570 1tb
  • PSU
    Corsair CX750
  • Audio
    Lots of chi-fi iems
  • Operating System
    Windows 11 (lastest)

Alright, Thanks again for all the support. One last question.

https://www.skroutz.gr/c/55/kartes-grafikwn/f/845785_1187378/12GB-GeForce-RTX-3060.html?order_by=pricevat&order_dir=asc

Can you see a graphics card here that is equal with the Zotac one? Because the Zotac one keeps changing prices and idk if it will get more expensive by the time I order it.

For example the Twin Edge without OC. Does it have a huge difference?

It was suggested to me a lot of times. You might know it as SilentiumPC. And alright I won't get the 5800X no worries haha

Thing is the 5700x was released like 2 years after the 5800x, that's why most older articles/videos and even some people who are not aware of the 5700x, will be recommending the 5800x

Endorfy products are solid. They're made in Poland. They used to be known as Silentium.

The i5 13400F is within your budget and it's faster than the R7 5800X.

I would make a build with this CPU. For example:

2023-07-07-120516_1920x1080_scrot.png

OS: FreeBSD 13.3  WM: bspwm  Hardware: Intel 12600KF -- Kingston dual-channel CL36 @6200 -- Sapphire RX 7600 -- BIOSTAR B760MZ-E PRO -- Antec P6 -- Xilence XP550 -- ARCTIC i35 -- EVO 850 500GB
