Microphone Help with twitch,streanlabs,capcut and voice record

So my voice recordings via capcut and windows recorder are fine, but on my streamlabs recording and in any game its bad qual, then if i stream it full makes a bullhorn noise
done all the research cant find anything, thanks in advance
