PC in another room which cables

My room is quite small and in an old house with basically no insulation it's getting a bit warm here. I want to move my pc to another room around 15 meters cable length is needed (49 feet) but I'm struggling with the cables I'm using a 4k 144hz monitor as display a huntsman v2 keyboard Logitech g903 mouse and a mmx300 headset.

I tried some cables, but the latency was horrible and/or the transfer rates were so slow 

is that even possible with a budget of around 300 euro

as HDMI cable (yes, it needs to be HDMI)

active USB 3.0 cables, but the most I got out of them were transfer speed of 1–7 Mbps 

any tips on how to do it ? If possible, I want to run as few cables as possible
