Ok so , i was watching this show on one tv , i heard crackling noise, so i just thought the speakers had blown out , but then I watched the same episode on a different tv and i heard the same crackling sound , which leads me to believe its not the speakers, what should i do?

Nothing. If it's in the video file, you just watch it and continue on your day.

If you heard it on 2 separate devices then it's the show. Nothing you can do really.

Hard to say without experiencing it...could be the show, could be the service (likely only if cable?), and I'm honestly not sure about this one...but could the building wiring be lacking proper gounding? [very hazy recollection of hearing about something like that a while back, but it could have been abnormal context].
Are they the same make/model TV?
did you try other parts of the show or other shows?
lots of details you're leaving us guessing on...
