Good to see this happening its encouraging to. When AMD did the mantle big about changing the graphic API direct X turned around started working on doing something quite similar. Now that nvidia has this cool tech with gsync its cool that other companies are doing things to reach the same tech. Someone has to innovate someone has to make it better :) No one loses here everyone gains.

well, maybe people who bought g-synch havent gained anything, well except that they already have it and we still have to wait a bit for it to be available

They have in a way. G-Sync isn't something that is released its a hardware thing so they have it now. In terms of how the new display port deal will fit who knows. I'm just encouraged by someone creating a tech or creating a idea and then someone coming around and doing it better its what drives tech fwd.

Yeah right, this will be subject to a lot more input lag than G-sync. That is obvious as day.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

Now we just need Intel to legitimately deliver Devil's Canyon on time and maybe we'll see some CPU breakthroughs.

I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason and intellect has intended us to forgo their use, and by some other means to give us knowledge which we can attain by them. - Galileo Galilei
