Does anything need to changed in this build?

Budget (including currency): $2800

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Val, apex, fortnite, cod, diablo, r6, and some light CAD for school

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  1440p monitor needs to be in budget and the gpu has already been purchased, hence the $1120 price. Also, it needs to be a matx case since I will have limited space. There's no atx 3.0 psu because I will be using custom cable mod extensions.

The case front panel i/o does not support the motherboard USB-C (type E) header.

The memory modules are 56mm tall significantly exceeds the Peerless Assassin 120 SE memory clearance of 46mm.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Where do you see the height of the ram?

https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/corsair-vengeance-rgb-ddr5-6000-c30-review#:~:text=The Vengeance RGB DDR5 measures, for consumers to fiddle with.

But further investigation turned up a Corsair reference that lists the height at 44mm https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412253644045-DDR5-memory-module-dimensions

Regardless of the height, the Peerless Assassin overhangs the memory area obscuring any module lighting. Consider non RGB low profile memory modules.
