Great choice on the cooler, but get rid of that Asus mobo and get an MSI or Gigabyte or AsRock one. Also i don't think you need to overshoot for the 7900 CPU. If you main priority is gaming, get the 7800X3D. It's a bit more expensive, but in games it's much faster than even the 7950X. Also try to get CL30 meory at 6000MHz with EXPO. It will improve performance even more. I assume you shop on amazon?

Most dual tower cpu coolers won't clear RGB RAM due to the tall heatsinks.  Your choice of power supply is a good one ^^

LEt me guess - whyme offering again a 13700k + AK cooler build and probably promoting the 4070(Ti) ??? Just guessing here cause i have him completely blocked so i don't watch his content. Your original build is perfectly fine, you just don't need to go the 7900 CPU if your main goal is gaming: the 7800X3D is THE BEST gaming CPU, so you can simply swap the 7900 for that and chose one of the board bellow:

MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi

GIGABYTE B650 AORUS Elite AX

and just throw in that memory:

G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB Series (AMD Expo) 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin SDRAM DDR5 6000 CL30 F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR

51mm is more than enough to accomedate 99% of the memory modules out there. From A-Data's site your original memory dimensions are:

133.35 x 40 x 8mm or in other words. 1.1cm clearance above the memory. Don't change to the AK620 - it's a good cooler but it's worse than the Peerless Assassin 120SE. The Peerless Assassin is THE BEST air cooler on the market right now.

Hey guys what about now, i changed the cpu, motherboard, and ram(I choose this ram because it is low profile and i have a dual tower cpu cooler)

Instead of the 4000x get the cc560 or the lian li lancool 216. Then swap that fan out for no fans since both the 216 and cc560 have loads of fans. Then swap the 990 pro for a 980 pro since its 40 bucks cheaper and then go for this ram G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5600 CL28 Memory (F5-5600J2834F16GX2-RS5K) - PCPartPicker
