LOL, the Nigerians are back!! I havent seen one of these scams in a looonnngg time. 😆

I got one leengthy email like this regarding someone dying of cancer and wanted me to take the money etc. it was a 3 page long email.. I responded for fun with: Hello. Thats it, they wouldnt stop sending roughly 10+ emails a day for 3 weeks with all kinds of garbage, wondering why I wouldnt respond etc 😄  At least I wasted their time.

Hmmm IDK... if you want to be sure, send me your [REDACTED] number, [REDACTED] name, [REDACTED] number and expiration date, and fill out this survey containing questions about things like your favorite foods, teachers, sports teams, etc. so I can confirm. 😉

The above is a joke - don't send people anything that could be used to identify you, and don't respond (or even open) emails from unknown addresses, especially those claiming to offer you free prizes, lotteries, donations, or unsolicited products or services.

Email if it is from people you do not know then just ignore and delete.

Email from companies if unsure use the web find their home page contact the company support page and post a link to the message to confirm.

basically anything you get in email if it is not something you asked for or is from an unknown person simply delete it. I promise you will miss out on nothing.

Email scams are extemely profitable so they will never cease and sadly with all  the data collection going on world wide and the numbers of companies where you think your data is secure just remeber that it is NOT. countless companies world wide have had client data stolen and it is a valuable commodity not just for legit companies to target people with advertisisng but criminal groups to use the ream of data info and emails to perpetuate their scams.

If email scams were zero profit they would vanish but in reality they make money for those involved in the scamming.

EDIT I forgot to mention the emails that ask you to reconfirm a PASSWORD...............avoid like the plague. just instant delete and click absolutely nothing whatsoever in the email
