if you add heat sinks somehow, it might not be that bad. But given how basic it looks, I don't think only downdraft cooling would help much. How much is your budget and what country are you buying in?

A520 is pretty good, but again, make sure it has a VRM heat sink. Just want to be sure that there's decent power delivery to the CPU so that you don't face performance drops.
