memory ram Blue screen on HP Pavilion x360

Hi, this laptop was giving me blue screen of death WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR, i automatically thought of the hard drive yeah because it's old and it's a hard drive, but i guess that wasn't the problem, straight to the point, i'm suspicious about the memory ram and tried memtest86, the problem is that when the memory test starts, only gets at 15% or 16% then proceds to reset the laptop and memtest86 boots again the same thing happens with ram benchmark, i'm gonna upload the 5 logs i got, some of them are with the ram benchmark test.
