cpu Ryzen 9 5950x Temp Problem

Im having a problem with my cpu, as you can see i have a R9 5950x and the temps are insane, I can be watching YouTube and slightly move my mouse on accident and my temp would jump from 50 to low 70s in a matter of seconds, if im doing absolutely nothing it does stay at 45 and under, Im running a 280 rad by NZXT and wondering if I should upgrade to a 360, another thing to mention is when im playing The Last of Us on MAX settings, you would think it would turn itself off from the high temps but naa it stay about high 70, its annoying when my pc goes from silent to full jet engine. Any advice?

You have to use the NZXT Software to control you fan speeds, there should be a certain amount of adjustability. If they allow pure manual control, try setting it to 50% fan speeds, then when you go game turn it to like 75-80%.

 

I use Fan control as a program, but i do not use NZXT fans or AIO, so i dont know if CAM plays nicely with it.
