Build Reccomendation (Willing to wait for next gen gpu and cpu if worth it)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Only games, open world like elden ring or hogwarts legacy and esports like rocket league and valorant. So all sorts of games.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have 2 builds I made myself featuring a 4090 and 7900xtx respectively. 4090 build (4500CAD): https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/T2rpqm Spending a bit more on this build then my budget says for looks. 7900xtx build (3500cad, current fav build): https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/CzGVsL . Peripherals are not needed, I'll spend about $1000CAD on peripherals, I have a seperate budget for that. Upgrading from: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/ygpWVw I want to use the nvme in the new build, everything else I'll either sell or keep in the pc. Im looking to buy near the end of 2023, if i can sooner I will but end of 2023 is more realistic. I'll also wait longer for ryzen 8000 and radeon 8000 and rtx 5000 if it's worth it. I want to play at 4k but will go down to 1440p if needed. 4k 144hz monitor is what I was thinking of though, i have a 240hz 1080p monitor for esports titles already.

Wait until then and come back then. No one knows where the current or next gen cpu's will be at (both price wise and availability wise).
