Does GPU sag bracket is necessary for Asus TUF 4070 Ti ?

Does GPU sag bracket is necessary for Asus TUF 4070 Ti ? I used without sag about ~3 month but yesterday saw video that that some 3xxx series GPU get PCB crack possible due sag. Now I'm really start worry that can happen as well to this GPU.

If you arent moving the system around, you don't need it.

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

Necessary? I think not.
Although ease of mind is a whole other thing, if using it means you can stop being afraid, then just use it. It's cheap and can be easily installed/removed afterall.

Really anything from spare Mc Do straws to a crok or a pack of matches can be used as a GPU support 🙂

You dont need to buy it specifically. Id say to go for it if you have a highly incompressible items (read: not squishy) around. I use glass jars with a wooden stopper.

Fill the jars with water and you got a watercooled GPU 😄
