im pretty sure you'd have to reinstall Windows so yeah you'd lose your stuff from your main drive

Just make a backup?!

pretty much everythings re set and im pretty sure raid is stuck with the motherboard so you will have to set it up again

This is why you only stick your OS and easy to reinstall programs on a Raid 0 array and keep documents and other files on a mass storage drive.

Some of my games are on a Raid 0, my os is on a 750GB Samsung Evo Drive
