Help with a passcode {design} on a Samsung A52 5g phone

I have a Samsung A52 5g, and just yesterday it started to not recognise my passcode even tho it is correct. The display seems to be working fine and is responsive. Can anyone help me without losing the information an the phone? I don't know what to do in this situation, to me it seams to be software problem.
