Will pcie gen 3 cause any bottleneck to 6700xt

Hey. I need to know if my mobo has pcie gen 3 will it harm the performance of 6700xt at 1080p...

No, it won't. The only cards that are negatively affected are low end cards like the RX 6500 XT, because it only has 4 lanes. For higher end cards it makes very little difference.

 

~edit: not the 6700 XT, but you can see the effect (or lack thereof) on the 6600 XT and the RTX 4090

No, it won't cause a bottleneck. Even if there were a PCIe bandwidth bottleneck, PCIe bandwidth bottlenecks tend to be like maybe 5-10% in the absolute worst case scenario. It's entirely possible to be bottlenecked much more by something like an older CPU rather than PCIe bandwidth itself which is almost never a bottleneck.
