Budget (including currency): 1000-1100$ or 60,000

Country: Philippines

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  FPS, Triple A games, Blender, Autocad, Sketchup and other Architecture and rendering softwares

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Fnq4Kp - This is just a canvas and I have also tweaked the prices according to the local PC stores here.

I'm upgrading from my old pc (Ryzen 3 3200G with GTX 1650) and I needed a more faster pc that can do both gaming and productivity.

You can save on the SSD, you don't need a PCie4 drive, get a Gen3 like the Crucial P3 they are below $50 now for 1TB

5600

Find a case with better airflow ... look for one with a front mesh panel such as this case for example.
