im thinking about rooting my phone i just want to know if you can root a samsung phone

I rooted my a7 2016 but killed the lcd cause i raged at it

 

My j7 2017 seems to be rootable aswell but havent bothered to go and root it

 

What phone?

What soc? Snapdragon versions have locked bootloaders apparently

 

 

As for flashing you just download odin and the twrp recovery for your phone and also the files for rooting, think theres some tutorials on yt for rooting your samsung phone with a custom recovery

 

Make sure you backup all data since unlocking bootloader and flashing twrp will erase all data
