Gigabyte AORUS FO48U OLED 4K

It works pretty much the same way as LG TV companion, basically just acting as a wifi remote. But it's been very reliable in my case. It will also turn the TV off when the PC enters sleep or turns off the display. In W10, some apps might move when it turns back on, but on W11 that won't happen as the OS remembers where the apps were.

It's not 100% on the same level of convenience as just having a monitor, but  if you're using this app it's such a minor flaw imo that is easily justifies going for the TV instead of the monitor.

Might give it a try then, to be fair LG TV Companion isn't all that bad, but I won't be paying any premium for having to deal with them

I don't think I'd be happy with the 48" but my 42" C2 is perfect on my somewhat deep desk.

How is the text on the C2? I’m thinking on getting one to work/game, but sharp text is a huge bonus for me, as I work basically with text. Thanks.

the size is fine for me because i will watch youtube and movies online

i had the AW3423DW before and sold it because it was 21:9 ultrawide

in this case the Gigabyte is 16:9 4k so i think will be better

but i'm not sure about the image quality

What was your issue with 21:9?

Not great, but not enough to outweigh the benefits for me. If work and text are priorities, OLED is probably not for you in the first place.
