As stated, I recently updated drivers for my 7900xt after having let my pc sit for a few months, and now gpuz doesn't show any sensor data. i've tried ddu uninstall and reinstall and didn't fix. i was able to get it to work by ddu drivers and then having windows install generic drivers. all sensor data then worked, however upon reboot, gave me driver configuration error. tried installing msi afterburner and it loads blank as there's no gpu installed. the sapphire trix software doesn't read the gpu either, doesn't let me control the rgb or run fan test. the amd adrenalin software blocks all outside control to the gpu. is there a way to turn this off. i've even tried just doing a driver install, no adrenalin software, and it still turns off those sensors. is there a setting i missed or that they ticked that blocks external access that i missed? was never a problem till recently.

This is common for new cards.  Maybe update the GPUZ or wait till it is.  I had a really old GPUZ left over from a 4770k instal and it was worthless.  I had to get the new version for my 12700

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
