PC38x mic not working with USB DAC

MElsawy

Hi. I have always a ugreen usb dac dongle (This) to convert my 2 jack inputs to a usb a input. My previous setup was a modmic + seinheiser 598SE. I just picked up the P38x. Music/sound comes out fine but my mic seems to be messed up. I have not changed anything in my windows settings. I only see any sound detected in my mic when I shout or get it very close and even then its all muffled up.
I have tried connecting the headphones directly into my PC's motherboard and it works fine.
Whats the issue? I have tried unplugging the cable from the headphone in and out several times and no luck.

Here are my unsaved settings:

Yes this would be a better more reliable setup.

Hmmm this should be theoretically working. But even I've had personal problems with these guys before. If you can return them I would and try to find something else. The headphone itself works fine with the motherboard audio right?
