computer freezes whenever i open a new tab or im playing a game etc etc

r5 5600x (undervolted using ryzen master auto curve thing)

inno3d 3060 12gb

trident z neo 2x8gb 3600 

msi b550 a-pro

corsair 550 watt power supply

noctua NH-U9S

(bios and chipset drivers updated a week or 2 ago)

(latest nvidia game ready drivers installed)

(malware scan done with nothing coming up, only kms auto because you know windows)

 

if anyone has any help it would be appreciated

add more ram? 16GB is a pretty good minimum.

this has never happened before and has started this morning i have had this ram for an year and a half

maybe re-install windows? i dont know if that would help. also maybe try re-seeding the ram
