Make sure the drivers are updated (use IOBit driver booster if you have to) and the Bios too.

im searching about this weird bsod and wanna fix it, but its stuck cause small reference.

this is minidump files from this bsod https://www.mediafire.com/file/sf5pld6xwhxmi3d/052023-80031-01.dmp/file . hope anyone can explain to me how to fix this error, thanks

Thank you for the mini dump file.

Your BSOD is: KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION (13a) - Arg 1: 9

It was triggered by the following driver: klif.sys -- Kaspersky Lab Intruder Filter Driver.

A corruption occurred in the memory heap (large pool of memory that each software has and can interact with randomly in). Most likely, a bug in the code of Kaspersky.

Update Kaspersky security software or uninstall it and use Windows Defender (built-in into Windows)

Your system specs:

System model: Dell Inspiron 5565

BIOS Version: 1.1.1 (Dated: Aug 17, 2017 -- Original/Initial one) -- Latest one is: 1.2.0 (17 May 2021)

OS: Windows 10 Build 19041

CPU/APU: AMD FX-9800P RADEON R7 (12 Compute Core) 4C+8G

RAM: 8GB

BIOS version differences from yours to latest:

Quote
  • Supports Windows 10 version 20H2 and later.
  • Fix Windows Update BIOS in Device Manager can't keep BIOS setup user setting
  • DSC system plug 45W PwC will show warning message at POST phase
  • ePSA Configuration tab show incorrect WLAN/BT installed status when remove WLAN/BT card
  • Enable MFG mode can't auto continue booting when meet Excalibur warning response
  • Fixed the issue with the Factory Installation process
  • Modify item for Intel Wlan driver
