What Browser Should I Use?

Right now I am using Chrome on all my computers, but on my gaming rig, Chrome is getting to be a bit annoying.  What web browser to you recommend that is better than chrome?

Waterfox for 64 bit systems, OperaNext for native HTML5 content, Chrome for One Tab and IE for legacy websites.

That's a reason why it's a lot faster. Unless you are someone NOT running it with a Intel Celeron or AMD equivalent or having a 2 GB stick of RAM, you should be fine.

My laptop with a Pentium and 4 GB of RAM uses chrome perfectly.

Kinda sensing you aimed that right at me, but whatever. It's still pretty much the least secure browser out there.

I haven't looked into the security aspect much, but I thought the opposite was true?

I think they've fixed most of that now.

Not necessarily, I know 2 guys in my class with Pentium laptops and they're using Chrome. Even my HP G60 laptop uses Chrome. And no browser is secure, and all depends on what you click on.

I used Opera for years, recently switched to Firefox, I like it.

I had tried Chrome in between, didn't like it, mostly because I couldn't replicate that Opera feels on it, unlike Firefox which has all the extensions required to make it look like Opera 12.16 and prior, while keeping the speed.

Use them all, see which one you end up using for what.

 

FF is my friend, best for development due to useful addons. Chrome is great for gmail - get desktop reminders. I used to have acidtest (browser benchmark) as homepage for IE just as a joke, I have bitcointicker now, again a joke really.

It's more secure than FireFox, but the rest are right.

Linus did a video on this. If i remember correctly, chrome was the most secure browser out of the mix.
