Why does software run as admin using win 10 user admin account still ask me to confirm?

Why does a software forced to "run as admin" using my win 10 user which is an admin account still ask me to confirm when i launch the software?

I'm pretty sure i'm using admin account on my win 10 computer... Maybe someone can tell me how to verify but when i go in users control panel it says i'm admin.

Why does it ask me this each time i start a software as admin, using an admin user in win10?

 

I need to run a specific software as admin because if not then some plugins will not work at all. Then if the software is run as admin i can't drag and drop files from the files explorer which is really annoying.... Drag and drop only works when the software is not run as admin but then some plugins installed for this software doesnt work.

 

So that makes me think maybe i'm not really admin in this win10 computer? There is no other users in the list.

What i can do about it?

 

The software is a DAW for music production (bitwig)
