so my GPU has three fans and one of the fans is constantly spinning no matter what. I've tried adjusting the fan curve on msi afterburner and using DDU uninstaller and reinstalling the latest drivers but nothing. After a while the fan will stop spinning for a few minutes maybe but then it starts spinning up again. Temperatures are fine and this is while the PC is idle. Msi afterburner also says my fans are at 0rpm when it clearly isn't.

Specs if it helps:

AMD Ryzen 7800x3d

Asus TUF Gaming RTX 3080 12gb

32gb DDR5 6000mhz ram

Was it always like that?

I don't have that card to compare to. But that could be the way the bios it setup as to run one at a certain temp and then the other two at a higher one.

When the first one stops, does the temp drop and it come back on after the temp rises again?
