Locking access to a Hard Drive

I'm about to give a computer to somebody for use for a while. My question is, how can I lock a Windows profile from accessing and opening the files on a secondary drive im using as "Storage." I realize i could just unplug it, but whats another way.

Unplugging it is the safest and easiest option.

EDIT: I guess you could also remove permissions to that user.

To be honest you should just remove the drive if you don't want some to look over your files.

If they know anything of how to edit setting then they will be able to edit the files, but just make your user the admin, and give him, the other user limited access to editing things.. OR just unplug it is easy as hell...
