lan disconects every 5 seconds

Hello guys,
I recently moved my pc to a differnt house and i got myself a lan cable there and since then the lan disconnects every coupple of seconds and reconnects automatically after a coupple of seconds.

in the device manager under events it says:
Device not started (e1rexpress)
Event ID 411

1 Week before at home when i plugged my pc in to lan everything worked perfectly.

Mainboard: Aorus X570 Ultra
Lan Chipset Intel i211

i also used the cable with an adapter on my macbook it worked flawless

Try the following:

1. Download the latest drivers for your version of Windows. Completely uninstall the Intel NIC drivers you have currently and install the downloaded ones.
2. Attempt the fixes in this Intel forums post.

I’d say drivers… give them an update
