Okay so when I was 12 years old one of the students was telling me that I didn't have a penis I then said he likes Mrs. Hyatt Porn which was the name of our teacher in that class he then told the teacher and I had to write an apology to her. About 3 months after I have Mrs. Hyatt for Theater the first time being for Language arts. I did what was called The Zoidberg I was then sent to the office because the audience *Students parents* complained after the play. They told me that I had two counts of sexual harassment. I said two? They said yeah for telling a student that he liked teacher porn and now for doing that inapropriate dance. Is there anyway I can view cases on sexual harassment or how long it takes for it to go away? I am now 14 and I just woke up thinking about this and not being able to find any information online. Was I really charged with sexual harassment? I didn't go to court or anything. I was just suspended and had to go back to life at school normally afterwards. *sorry for spelling*

I think it's just something your school does (the points) and not the police. You can't really call that sexual harassment.

Also if they didn't go to the police it isn't something to worry about all that much. Just don't be stupid. It will likely be on your permanent record. But you would know if they went to the police.

Sounds like everyday school shenanigans.

If somebody is really trying to bring harassment charges against you at that age instead of simply educating you as to why things may have been inappropriate then they're a moron.

BTW any photos you may have of this hot teacher would be a fine addition to this thread. :D

I remember when I was a freshmen in high school, I went to go throw a piece of paper under my legs in the trash can, and I got suspended for it, as my teacher said it was sexual harassment, If it was that bad back in 1996, I can only imagine what its like for you guys now.

@Luc401 lol. @Kloaked my mom already knows and she was mad for like one day. Now that @Ivyk said that I think it does seem more like a point thing however my mom said to tell a 12 year old it was sexual harassment is messed up. She didn't really do anything.

Haha seems like I'm fine then? I didn't really have the knowledge of going to the Internet when I was 12 about this. However I have used computers since I was 2 :P Frogger was tha stuffz

Well to answer your question then, no there was no legal action taken. If there was, you'd be at your local court house for a tribunal.

Back when I was in 7th or 8th grad I litterally told a teacher to go fuck her self, and placed a dildo on her desk. The only thing that happend, was that they called my parents, and my dad nearly laughed himself to an early grave bacuse of that.
